7 DAY DANCE HOLIDAY IN BEAUTIFUL
TURKEY

There was no organized holiday in 2008 but, I am already making plans
for next years holiday (2009) ...
Check out the details of next year's holiday below and, if interested, get in
touch with me as soon as possible. I can only take 7 ladies with me or 12
maximum if you are prepared to share.
GET TO KNOW THE REAL TURKEY STAYING IN A SMALL FISHING
VILLAGE ON THE LORIMER PENINSULAR
This is not
the usual type of belly-dance holiday. You don’t need to be
an experienced dancer to go. The emphasis is on fun and
relaxation…and experiencing a bit of the real Turkey. You
are welcome to bring partners, however the holiday is not
suitable for children. Please ring me for advice on this
subject.
The dance
holiday will be based in Selimiye, an hour’s drive from
Marmaris, where relaxation is the order of the day. This is
not your run-of-the-mill package holiday. It is tailor made
and almost exclusive. You will be staying at a
pension…Jenny’s House…..little guest rooms in a complex
along side Jenny’s family.
We will
probably have the place to ourselves, if all the places are
booked. Jenny has a nice sized swimming pool and plenty of
loungers, books, magazines, snacks and drinks readily
available. Meals are served outside under the trees. Evening
meals are at Jenny’s or local restaurants. The village has
plenty of restaurants, including a fantastic Italian
restaurant, a cosy café for yummy cake and iced coffee, etc,
and plenty of souvenir shops. However there is no bank
nearby to change travellers’ cheques…this must be done in
Marmaris. Personally I take Sterling and Lira out with me.
The village
is SAFE. Your possessions will be SAFE. Your money will be
SAFE. You will feel SAFE. Reasonable care must be taken with
your belongings in Marmaris, but on the whole Turkey is a
relatively safe country to visit.
The
itinerary includes:

First night
bed and breakfast in Dalyan,
¨
Day trip to
Dalyan river delta and mud baths. A full day, such a good
laugh, private charter boat, chauffeur and cook.
¨
Transfer to
Selimiye Village for rest of holiday, Bed Breakfast and
evening meals
¨
Turkish
night – meal and show in Marmaris
¨
Shopping
trips to Marmaris with an optional visit to a Turkish bath
(an experience NOT to be missed, pay locally) - opportunity
to visit costume shops, music shops and jewellers as well as
stock up on designer clothes, shoes, bags, etc at good
prices.
¨
Day boat
trip around the peninsular
¨
Visits to
beautiful waterfall, carpet factory, and local markets.
¨
Short dance
lessons most days with Sue.
¨
All
transfers and transport on trips.
Holiday
cost £400 for own room - £350 if you share (excludes
flight).
Flight
prices are about £220 if flying from Cardiff. Those of you
wishing to fly in from other airports, please advise. If you
live outside the area but wish to travel with main party,
accommodation in Newport/Cardiff the night before we
leave/return night can be arranged.
If you wish
to stay on for a further week, it will cost an extra £200
for Bed and Breakfast only, no evening meals or excursions.
A week of pure relaxation, sun, sea and shopping!! I will be
staying for an extra week. You must decide if you want to
stay an extra week before the flight is booked as to change
it later would incur a charge.
